x📌Since the original power button of Miyoo mini v4 has two shapes(V4.0/V4.1). If you need to customize the button of Miyoo Mini V4, you need to disassemble the machine to check the shape of the power button and feedback to customer service to prevent production errors. 📌Custom Button Process:
1. Fill in the color you want behind the corresponding button, and send it to service@litnxt.com. For more accuracy, feel free to attach a reference image in the email.

2. After we confirm, the process usually takes about 15-20 days to complete, as each button is handmade.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping

Miyoo Mini V4/ Miyoo Mini Plus Custom Button Kit

I ordered a custom set of buttons and received them in the exact colour I requested. They fit perfectly in my Miyoo Mini Plus and gave me no problems whatsoever

I ordered 3 complete sets of buttons, for different versions of the Mini (2 v2 sets, 1 v4 set)
They are all well made buttons, I was very satisfied especially with the transparent version and the ice-colored one. Well printed buttons and therefore well made.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to add a small piece of cardboard to the Mini V4 dpad, as it had a shorter rod than the original dpad, about 0.3mm. This gave problems with the input of some directions/diagonals.
Another problem encountered, always in the V4 set, was the power button. It was the same as the one in the V2 set, but the power button in the V4 version has a different shape. I tried to try to solve it with pieces of cardboard, but without success.
I hope that this review gives good ideas for a more meticulous and precise work, in order to offer a perfect product. Unfortunately in such small retroconsoles, even 3 mm make a difference, as well as the shape of the buttons. More needs to be done
